The treatment is chosen and paid before arrival.
Your portal shows open slots live, based on your real capacity. Guests pick a time and a format, add an extra, pay online, and get their confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Even at 11 PM, without a phone call.
Prepayment, deposit or card hold
Treatment by treatment, collect the full amount or a percentage, the rest on site. Or just place a card hold.
Cancellations on your terms
You set how late a guest can cancel. Before that deadline, their online payment is refunded automatically; after it, you keep it.

The portal speaks French, English, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian. Add your own questions to the form: contraindications, sensitive areas, pregnancy.

Every slot you sell has someone to deliver it.
Declare your real resources once, therapists or treatment rooms. EatNow counts each booking for the full length of the treatment: a 90-min massage starting at 2 PM still holds its therapist at 3 PM. The portal never offers a slot nobody can deliver.

A duo massage hosts 2 people and uses a single unit, the duo room. And the portal won't let 2 people squeeze onto a solo treatment.

What spas ask us
Can guests choose their therapist?
No. EatNow manages your therapists as a capacity: guests choose a treatment and a time, not a person. That's what guarantees no slot is sold without someone to deliver it. A preference can be asked in a form question, and your team organises itself.
I have 30, 60 and 90-minute massages. How do I sell them?
Create one treatment per length: "Massage 30 min", "Massage 60 min", "Massage 90 min". Each holds its therapist for exactly its length, and all draw on the same team. Variants then handle the format and the price: solo, duo, hot stones.
Does a duo massage count as one place or two?
One. Capacity counts resources, not people: a duo booked by a couple takes one duo room and hosts 2 people. Two friends each booking a solo massage take two places.
What happens when a guest cancels?
You set the rules: full payment or a deposit treatment by treatment, or a card hold, and a cancellation deadline. Guests cancel from their link, one treatment or the whole cart. Before the deadline, their online payment is refunded automatically; after it, you keep it. The slot frees up on the portal right away.
Does EatNow connect to my PMS or charge to the room?
No. EatNow doesn't connect to any PMS and handles neither room numbers nor resident rates. Guests pay online or on site, and your team can record a manual payment. EatNow is for selling your spa, activities and restaurant online, to hotel guests and locals alike.
