What is restaurant reservation software?

It's the tool that replaces the paper reservation book. It gathers every reservation in one place, manages the floor plan and table schedule in real time, and keeps each guest's history. The whole team reads the same information, on the floor and at the host stand.

How does EatNow work?

Your reservations land in one live book: phone calls noted by hand, bookings from your website, your Google page and WhatsApp all add to it in real time. You manage the floor plan, the schedule and guest relationships from the app, available on iOS, Android and web.

Which establishments can use EatNow?

How does the WhatsApp agent take reservations?

The AI agent answers messages from a knowledge base you fill in (hours, menu, conditions) and records the booking straight into your book, at any hour. Your guests book without waiting for someone to pick up, and you keep control of the rules.

Is the phone properly accounted for?

Does EatNow offer online payment?

Yes. Your guests can pay a deposit or the full amount when they book, through a secure online payment. You decide which services ask for it and which stay friction-free.

Won't deposits scare guests away?

On sensitive slots, the deposit mostly filters the non-serious bookings and protects your revenue. On quiet services, you don't ask for one. You stay in control of cancellation, edit and refund rules.
