Your season, your days
Open sales from 1 June to 30 September, close on Mondays, offer a single slot per day for the day pass and several for brunch. You also decide how far ahead guests can book.
Day passes, Sunday brunch, summer nights.
Pool passes, sunbeds, Balinese beds, cabanas, brunch: your guests book their day online and pay as they book. EatNow counts your sunbeds, not your guests, and closes sales when the last one is gone.
A couple on a Balinese bed takes one bed, not two spots. A family of four on a Pool Pass takes four sunbeds. EatNow counts what you actually have on the beach, and the portal never accepts more people than the selection can host.
Each offer has its own calendar, capacity and payment policy. Set them at the start of the season and adjust day by day, without touching the bookings already made.

Wind, maintenance, a private event: remove 12 sunbeds from a Saturday or close an offer for the day. Sales adjust at once, and the bookings already made stay in place.
Weather, works, private events.
Everything online, a percentage at booking and the balance on site, or a card hold. You choose whether cancellations are refunded, and up to how many hours before arrival.
Balinese beds, cabanas, high-demand offers.
Hotel concierges, agencies, guides: each gets their own booking link. Everything they book is attributed to them automatically, and the commission report gives you the base, product by product.
A rate negotiated with an agency stays invisible on your public portal: only the agency's link shows it.
Their bookings draw on the same sunbeds as yours. No quota to split by hand.

In the morning, the team opens the day in the EatNow app: who is coming, on which pass, what is already paid. One swipe marks a guest as arrived, another as a no-show.
Cabanas or private hire on manual confirmation: the team accepts or declines, and the guest is notified.
"Cancel and refund all" or "Cancel without refund": a choice, not a calculation.
Day, week or month calendar, filters by offer and status, CSV or XLS export.
Write your offers in one language, one click translates them into the other five. Confirmations go out by email and WhatsApp, in French or English.
Guests add a day pass and a massage to the same cart and pay for everything at once.
On your restaurant booking form, a "Discover our activities too" card sends guests to your passes and beds.
Yes. Your sunbeds form a single stock, shared by every pass that uses them: Pool Pass, Brunch & pool, agency offer. Every booking, whatever the pass, is counted against the same stock, and they all switch to "Full" at the same time.
One. Capacity counts units, not people: a bed for two booked by a couple uses one bed. And the portal won't let a party exceed what its selection can host: no third person on a bed for two.
No. Guests book a type of spot (sunbed, Balinese bed, cabana) for a date, and your team seats them on arrival. EatNow guarantees the count, you keep control of the placement.
Reduce capacity (say, 12 fewer sunbeds) or close the offer for the day. Sales stop or adjust at once, without cancelling existing bookings. If you decide to cancel, it takes one click, with or without a refund.
You choose, offer by offer: full payment, a percentage online and the balance on site, a card hold, or payment on site. You also set the cancellation policy: refundable or not, and up to how many hours before arrival.
Reservations, deposits, WhatsApp confirmations, CRM, reporting — one single system. Human support, in French and English, from people who've worked service.
